Boondoggle & Studio Tropics dive into the lives of Belgian MEPs

At the request of EPLO, the European body responsible for the connection between the European Parliament and the Belgian government, Boondoggle and Studio Tropics developed fourteen documentaries about our Belgian MEPs. The aim of these documentaries was to give a unique insight into the lives and motivations of the MEPs who represent us in Europe. They were portrayed in their own environment and the focus was mainly on the person behind the politician. Why did they enter politics, why did they choose the European Parliament and how do they deal with a career as a politician and the other roles they fulfil in their lives?

We were allowed to portray the personal motivations and ambitions of Johan Van Overtveldt, Sara Matthieu, Marie Arena, Tom Vandenkendelaere, Kathleen Van Brempt, Marc Botenga, Hilde Vautmans, Pascal Arimont, Gerolf Annemans, Marc Tarabella, Tom Vandendriessche, Assita Kanko, Cindy Franssen & Saskia Bricmont.
