Boondoggle and Payconiq by Bancontact make Belgians beep
Beep beep beep. That’s the comforting, uplifting tune of a successful transaction with the Payconiq by Bancontact app. Moreover, Boondoggle was inspired by the sound for the new ‘World of Beep’ campaign.
Stijn Cox: “The last 6 months, consecutive campaigns for the app have realized an enormous uplift in terms of app downloads and app usage, mainly by emphasizing that the app is not only easy to use, but also safe, especially in times of COVID-19. Now it’s time to take a step forward. From March to August, the app has been downloaded 870.000 times. It’s safe to say that paying with the app really is becoming a new habit for people. Time to link a new word to it: beeping. Beeping is short, cheerful and it perfectly supports the user experience of the app.”
The campaign is running on TV and in digital media.
