Curalia and Boondoggle Havas: Together, we lighten the load in healthcare 

Curalia, a specialist in insurance, Riziv and more for healthcare professionals, has teamed up with Boondoggle Havas to develop a fresh brand identity. The motivation? Healthcare professionals have enough on their plates, and we want to help them focus on what they do best: providing care, without the hassle. 

The new campaign centres around the simple message: ‘Care without worries.’ No expensive words, just a genuine promise. ​ ​ 

A new promise comes with a new look. Once that was in place, Curalia and Boondoggle Havas rolled up their sleeves for a strong first campaign. Through social media, print, and digital banners, they reached a broad yet well-targeted audience: from pharmacists and physiotherapists to dentists, nurses, and midwives. From students to experienced professionals, everyone received messages that were hyper-relevant and spoke directly to their needs. ​ 

"We want healthcare providers to feel that we truly understand them," says Izzy Van Aelst, Commercial Director at Curalia. This initial campaign, crafted by Boondoggle Havas, perfectly embodies their motto ‘Together, Beyond.’ Through collaboration, they have captured the essence of a deeply rooted organisation, resulting in a revitalised positioning, aligned brand behaviour, and a powerful inaugural campaign.
