Just bring yourself - even on your CV, with Beobank and Boondoggle Havas

Following the success of last year's Just Bring Yourself campaign, Beobank is taking another step in its Employer Branding strategy. This year, together with its agency Boondoggle Havas, the bank is launching an advanced update of its CV tool. This AI-powered tool, which won a BOA Gold Award at the end of 2024, helps candidates strengthen their CVs by highlighting what truly makes them unique: their personality.
Not only has the tool become smarter, but it now caters to a much wider audience beyond just students. One of the biggest upgrades? It now assists in crafting a compelling About Me section for your CV – complete with soft skills, character traits, and passions. In short, everything that truly sets you apart. By asking a few targeted questions, the tool gets to know you and generates a personalized introduction that you can seamlessly add to your CV. And that's not all: it selects the right wording and tailors your application text to match the job you're targeting perfectly.
This 2.0 version is part of a broader recruitment campaign by Beobank, rolling out across multiple channels: employee testimonial videos, digital banners, social media videos, OOH billboards and DOOH via Guidooh, native ads, and targeted email campaigns.
The goal? To strengthen Beobank’s reputation as a Top Employer, drive more traffic to the bank’s job pages, and, of course, attract new talent.
