Boondoggle Havas unveils Beobank’s new brand campaign, highlighting a feeling that many customers recognize all too well: a banking environment often feels intimidating, and people get the impression that they are not being heard or that their questions are not taken seriously.
To bring that reality to life, the campaign plays on situations that we have all experienced… or almost: feeling tiny in front of an advisor, talking to what feels like a brick wall, being treated like a number or feeling like you are taking an oral exam. All these metaphors capture the unease and discomfort that is often felt during an appointment at another bank. At Beobank, it is quite the opposite: clients regain their rightful place, and every question gets the attention it deserves. Because at Beobank, every question counts.
The first wave of this new brand campaign rolls out across online videos (YouTube, Disney+), social media, OOH and DOOH, posters in branches, radio, OLA on YouTube & Spotify, display and NP Interscroller.
